I love how you did the 2gal hex betta tank. I have a 5gal hex betta tank and was curious what substrate and plants you used?

Happiness is a cycled tank.

You can also put a piece of lettuce in the tank when the lights go out. Then in the morning pull it out before you turn on the lights. This process will get many of them, and can be repeated over and over if needed.
